Record-Breaking Performance at Washington Pro Day: Michael Penix’s Athleticism Impresses Scouts and Giants Personnel

Michael Penix showcased his athleticism during his Pro Day at Washington, impressing with impressive results. During his 40-yard dash attempt, he ran a hand-timed 4.53 seconds. Additionally, Penix recorded a 36 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot, 5-inch broad jump. While he felt good overall during his throwing session, he missed a couple of throws out of 60 attempts.

The New York Giants had a significant presence at Penix’s Pro Day. Head coach Brian Daboll, offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, quarterbacks coach Shea Tierney, and other key personnel were among those in attendance.
