New Opportunities and Advancements in Maine Professionals: Julia Redding, Dallas Phillips, Jennifer Small, Carly Saunders, Alexia Fornaro and Nickol Daigle’s Career Transitions

Several individuals have recently experienced changes in their professional endeavors. Julia Redding, a nursing home medical director for MaineHealth, has been appointed to the Avesta Housing Board of Directors. In addition to her medical role, she also serves as a member of the Maine Prescription Drug Affordability Board and is a co-owner of Goodfire Brewing Co. in Portland.

Dallas Phillips has taken on the role of retail area sales manager for southern New England at UScellular. With over 10 years of experience in wireless sales, he initially joined the company in 2014 as a store manager in Scarborough.

At Malone Commercial Brokers, Jennifer Small has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member. Beginning as an intern in 2000, she has since become a broker at the firm. Carly Saunders was recently promoted to broker assistant on the Joe Malone Team after obtaining her associate broker’s license in 2021. Meanwhile, Alexia Fornaro has also advanced in her career after earning her sales agent license. She was promoted to broker assistant with the Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz Team, as well as for Mike Anderson, after initially joining as an operations assistant last year.

Nickol Daigle has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as a mortgage loan originator. Prior to this position, she had experience in early childhood education and healthcare, as well as roles in banking, including as a banking specialist and virtual digital payment adviser at TD Bank for five years.
