Catherine Rogers, a senior at Webster Thomas High School, was recently named the Advantage Federal Credit Union’s Girls Sports Athlete of the Week with over 30,000 votes. In a recent game against Churchville-Chili, Rogers displayed her versatility by scoring in four different ways. She threw a touchdown pass, scored a rushing touchdown, caught a touchdown pass, and also intercepted a pass for a touchdown.

The polls to determine the Athlete of the Week from the previous week’s top performances are launched on Mondays at democratandchronicle.com during the spring season. It is up to the readers to vote for who they believe deserves the honor of being recognized as Section V’s best athlete.
