Revolutionizing Digital Transformation: Willi Candra Joins Conair’s Leadership Team

Willi Candra, the former Chief Digital and Information Officer of Kimball International, has been appointed as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Conair LLC by President and CEO Kristie Juster. In this new role, Candra will be joining a leadership team dedicated to gaining market share by developing a top-notch digital capability.

Candra’s previous experience in leading digital transformation at Kimball and establishing a center-led Digital and IT Center of Excellence will be instrumental in his new role at Conair. Prior to his role at Kimball, Candra held several digital and technology leadership positions at Newell Brands, where he collaborated with business units to enhance commercial growth and accelerate business development.

In his new role at Conair, Candra will be responsible for consolidating the digital team, IT, and business support teams to enhance and expedite digital capabilities. He will work closely with business leaders to drive the digital agenda and bring about transformation within Conair. Juster expressed her excitement about having Candra join the Conair team, stating that she believes his leadership, coupled with the new organizational structure, will bring about increased rigor and help accelerate business growth at all levels.
