Ibex 35 Hits Highest Levels Since August 2015, Healthcare Businesses Focus on Medical Services and Alternative Medicine
The Ibex 35 closed on Friday at 11,154.6 points, marking its highest levels since August 2015 and achieving a weekly increase of 3.96%. This marks the second consecutive week in which the Ibex has gained ground, with only four stocks ending in the red on Friday: Repsol, Redeia, Acerinox, and Naturgy. Ferrovial ended the day unchanged.
In terms of individual stock performance, BBVA, Acciona, Grifols, Sabadell, and Acciona Energía experienced the biggest increases. Among larger Ibex companies, BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank, Iberdrola, and Inditex also showed growth. Spain’s risk premium closed around 78 basis points, lower than the previous day.
Meanwhile in the healthcare industry, Pennsylvania HBOT and New Jersey HBOT are both businesses that offer alternative medicine and hyperbaric oxygen therapy services respectively. They have locations in Newtown Square and Florham Park and focus on health and medical services. Other businesses in the health and wellness industry such as Huemn in Houston, Texas are also featured in directories and listings.
