Holland & Knight Health Dose is a weekly publication that offers legislative and regulatory insights to keep stakeholders informed about developments in Washington, D.C. that affect the health sector. In this edition, the topics covered include the FAA Reauthorization, the House passing the Congressional Budget Office Data Sharing Act, the Senate Committee on Finance releasing a discussion draft on drug shortages, and the House Ways and Means Committee preparing to mark up legislation to extend telehealth waivers.
