Leveraging AI Responsibly to Transform Health Care – A Practical Guide

From Hype to Reality: Navigating the AI Transformation in Healthcare with Industry Leaders

In recent years, the global state of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare has undergone a remarkable transformation. However, the industry is currently facing an unprecedented strain as companies race to experiment and transform without focusing on measurable value or discipline.

To navigate this complex landscape, leaders from Accenture, Atlantic Health System, Jefferson Health, and Magnolia Regional Health Center will be discussing their experiences in a new episode of Leadership Scan from the AHA Center for Health Innovation. The program, titled “Knock Out the Noise on Artificial Intelligence,” will take place on May 14th at noon CT.

During the session, panelists will address how to democratize access to generative AI responsibly while considering higher standards of data and technology literacy. They will also share insights on how organizations can optimize AI use in clinical and administrative settings to align with organizational goals.

Attendees will gain valuable knowledge about the structures required to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain AI solutions responsibly. The program also offers one ACHE qualified education hour toward certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives credential.

The panelists for this program include Brian Gragnolati, President and CEO of Atlantic Health System; Joe Cacchione, M.D., CEO of Jefferson Health; James (Jim) M. Hobson, CEO of Magnolia Regional Health Center; and Lauren H. Logan, Managing Director of Accenture.
