Event Held to Commemorate Graduates of Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program

Meredith College Celebrates Graduation of Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program Students Ready to Pursue Healthcare Careers

On April 19, 2024, the Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program at Meredith College celebrated the graduation of its students. A total of 30 post-baccalaureate students from the 2023-24 cohort completed the program and are now ready to move on to medical, dental, physician assistant, pharmacy, or optometry school.

The graduation ceremony took place in Kresge Auditorium and was attended by friends and family members of the graduating students. The event began with a welcome from Christie Burley, the Program Manager and Admissions Counselor. Dr. Jason Andrus, the head of the Department of Biological Sciences, and Dr. Karthik Aghoram, the Director and Lead Advisor for the post-bac program, also spoke during the ceremony.
