On the night of April 26, the Houthis in Yemen claimed to have successfully executed an operation targeting the Israeli ship MSC Darwin in the Gulf of Aden. According to a statement released by the group, they used ship-based missiles and drones to achieve their objectives. The MSC Darwin container ship, which flies the Liberian flag and is owned by MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company) based in Geneva, was reportedly in the Gulf of Aden at the time of the attack.
