FCC Budget Discussion Postponed: The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology Delays Hearing

The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has decided to postpone its scheduled hearing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), originally planned for May 7, 2024. The purpose of the hearing was to discuss the FCC’s budget and ensure accountability on behalf of the American people.

The decision to postpone the hearing was made by the Chair of the Subcommittee. While a new date has not yet been determined, it is confirmed that the hearings will still be open to the public and press, and will be streamed live online at https://energycommerce.house.gov/.
