In San Bernardino County, health inspectors have ordered several restaurants and food establishments to close and allowed them to reopen from April 11 to April 18. Tacos Lucas located at 18681 Valley Blvd., Bloomington was closed on April 11 for reasons not provided. The Donut Makers at 395 W. Highland Ave., San Bernardino was also closed on April 11 due to rodent infestation and unsanitary conditions.

As for updates from the previous week’s list, Birrieria Guadalajara at 765 W. Holt Blvd., Ontario, which was ordered closed on April 5 for insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen on April 12. This list is published weekly with closures since the previous week’s list, with status updates being published the following week.
