A Child of Science World Premiere at Bristol Old Vic: A Personal Journey Through IVF

A Child of Science, a world premiere play by Gareth Farr, will be staged at Bristol Old Vic starting on June 5th. The play, led by Tom Felton, explores the creation of IVF in fertility treatment. Opening night is set for June 11th and the run continues until July 6th.

The cast includes Jamie Glover, Meg Bellamy, Adelle Leonce, Sonoya Mizuno, and Sheena Steptoe. Other cast members are Saikat Ahamed, Gruffudd Glyn, Bobby Hirston, Amy Loughton, Bebe Sanders, and Everal A Walsh. The play is directed by Matthew Dunster who has a personal connection to the subject matter as he had a child through IVF.

Featuring scenic design by Anna Fleischle and costume design by Angelica Rush along with other creative contributions from talented artists, A Child of Science is a project that is close to the hearts of many involved in its creation. Tickets can be purchased at BristolOldVic.org.uk
