Unwanted Sexual Contact Allegations Lead to Arrest of Aurora Employment Testing Owner

Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of Aurora Employment Testing, was arrested on March 15th by Aurora Police after a woman reported that he sexually assaulted her following a urinalysis sample. The incident took place in October at his business and previous name, Wiz Quiz Employment Testing. Investigators are urging any other potential victims to come forward with their experiences.

Duka, 60, was charged with felony unlawful sexual contact for the incident reported in October. The Sex Crimes Unit detectives uncovered two additional incidents involving Duka and female victims that took place in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported.
