Healthy Day in Portage County: Open House and Community Fair Promises Interactive Learning and Prizes
The Portage County Health District is hosting an Open House and Community Health Fair on April 3 from 2 to 6 p.m. at their office in Ravenna. This event aims to showcase the district’s programs and services through various interactive educational events.
The health fair will feature over 20 community partners, each offering educational activities at their tables. Attendees can look forward to food trucks, giveaways, and activities for both children and adults. There will be a wealth of health and community resources available, as well as information on funding for septic issues.
Non-profit organizations like United Way, Community Action Council, Family and Community Services, and other county agencies will be on hand to share valuable information with guests.
