Dubai Hosts World Sustainability Summit to Tackle Net-Zero Emissions Globally

The World Sustainability Summit is coming to Dubai on April 25 and 26, hosted by the C Institute at the Sustainable Institute building in The Sustainable City. This event aims to accelerate climate action by focusing on the urgent need to achieve net-zero emissions globally.

Industry experts, researchers, and academics will gather to discuss the latest strategies and solutions for reaching this goal. Engineer Fares Saeed, Founder and Chairman of the C Institute, emphasizes the importance of achieving net-zero emissions and expresses his commitment to educating and inspiring future sustainability pioneers.

The summit will feature prominent speakers from various industries presenting 75 research papers on topics such as climate neutrality, circular economy solutions, and building resilient cities. In addition to scientific discussions, a 5-day training camp will be held to nurture emerging companies in the sustainability field. Successful startups will have the opportunity to join the “Bidayat” business incubator program and test their solutions in The Sustainable City in Dubai, as well as access to investors and early grants to support their growth.

The summit is organized in cooperation with C Holding, a leading company in sustainable city design, construction, and investment. C Holding works closely with the academic team at C Institute to promote climate neutrality goals and provide partners and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve the United Nations goals for climate neutrality by 2050.
