Columbus Community Hospital Receives 2023 Worker 360 Wellness Award for Total Worker Well-Being

Columbus Community Hospital has recently been honored by the Nebraska Safety Council with the 2023 Worker 360 Wellness Award. This prestigious recognition acknowledges organizations that excel in promoting total worker well-being.

Danielle Frewing, the director of Occupational Health Services for the hospital, expressed her gratitude for the award. She emphasized that the hospital has dedicated years of effort towards developing a comprehensive wellness program for its employees. She emphasized the importance of collaboration and support from various individuals who share the same vision of enhancing the health and wellness of the community.

The Worker 360 Wellness Award offers three levels of recognition: bronze, silver, and gold. Each level highlights companies that prioritize worksite safety, worker well-being, and comprehensive wellness and safety initiatives for their employees.

Columbus Community Hospital’s Occupational Health Services leadership team accepted the bronze award at the 46th Annual Nebraska Safety Council Conference on April 24th. This achievement reflects the hospital’s commitment to promoting a culture of wellness and safety among its workforce.
