Sony Introduces Cinematic Vision: BRAVIA 9 Mini LED Televisions and Home Audio Systems

Sony has announced its new BRAVIA televisions, including models 7, 8 and 9. The focus of the announcement is on the Mini LED technology found in the BRAVIA 9 model, which promises to deliver excellent image luminosity, deep blacks, superior contrast and natural colors.

As streaming services continue to grow, Sony is rebranding the BRAVIA brand as a lineup of devices designed for movie watching and enhancing the home theater experience. The new televisions promise to enhance the reality of cinematic content and deliver superior picture and sound quality, replicating the filmmaker’s vision.

All the new BRAVIA televisions are equipped with Sony’s XR processor, featuring a scene recognition system that optimizes images with maximum realism. The BRAVIA 9 models in particular boast a QLED Mini LED panel with 4K Ultra HD resolution, offering exceptional brightness and precise backlight control for a detailed viewing experience.

The BRAVIA 9 series features technologies like Backlight Master Drive, X-Anti Reflection, and X-Wide Angle to provide superior contrast, reduced reflections and natural image viewpoints. The televisions also integrate Acoustic Multi-Audio+ for immersive surround sound and a top-beam tweeter speaker for a cinema-like audio experience.

In addition to the televisions, Sony has introduced a new line of BRAVIA Theater home audio products such as neckband-style speakers and sound bars designed to offer immersive sound quality equivalent to that of movie theaters. These products feature technologies like 360 Spatial Sound Mapping and Optimized Sound Field for a surround sound experience.

Users can control settings for Voice Zoom 3 technology, acoustic center synchronization, BRAVIA Theater audio products and other TV functions through the BRAVIA Connect application. The new Sony televisions and audio products are available for pre-order at various price points starting from 2999 euros for the BRAVIA 7 model.

Overall, Sony is aiming to bring cinematic sound experience into homes with its latest offering in television sets and home audio systems that delivers stunning picture quality along with realistic sound reproduction that will transport viewers straight into their favorite films’ world.
