M&L Industries Expands Operations in Baton Rouge with New 47,000 Square Foot Building

M&L Industries, an industrial equipment provider based in Houma, is expanding its operations in Baton Rouge and relocating to a more prominent location. The company will move into a new 47,000 square foot building near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane by July. This is double the size of their current location on Airline Highway. With 23 employees in Baton Rouge, M&L plans to hire between 5 to 8 additional workers with this move.

The dealership specializes in selling, renting, and servicing tractors and forklifts, with Faulk & Meek serving as the general contractor for the project.
