The categories for these awards include Advancements and Innovation in Health Care, Community Outreach (organization and individual), Lifetime Achievement, Mental Health Hero (organization and individual), Nurse of the Year, Nurse Practitioner of the Year, Physician Assistant of the Year, Physician of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. These categories are designed to honor those who have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care and work towards enhancing health care in Maryland.
