Last Call for Engineer It! Competition: A Unique Opportunity for Children to Win Prizes and Showcase Their Skills

The Engineer It! competition, held annually for the past 37 years, is a fantastic chance for children to earn extra money during the summer. If your child is in grades 1-12 and has an interest in participating in this exciting and fast-paced event, don’t hesitate to sign up. The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is extending a last call to students to register for the competition.

The competition offers students an opportunity to win $5,000 in cash and prizes, with awards given out in elementary, middle, and high school categories. This year’s challenges include building a buoyant boat, constructing a water bottle rocket, and creating a container to protect an egg from a three-story fall.
