Israel strikes multiple Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon

Israeli Army Conducts Airstrikes on Hezbollah Targets in Lebanon Amid Ongoing Clashes with Hamas

On Tuesday, the Israeli Army conducted new airstrikes on several “terrorist infrastructures” belonging to the Shiite party-militia Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. The IDF confirmed that they have retaliated against the sources of the missile attacks. There is currently no information available on any victims. These bombings are part of the ongoing clashes that began nearly seven months ago following attacks by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Israeli territory.

According to a statement on the Israeli Army’s website, combat aircraft targeted Hezbollah infrastructures in Kafarkila and Al Khiam in southern Lebanon. In addition, two anti-tank missiles were fired towards the north of the country, specifically Merhav Dov, but hit open spaces without causing any casualties or damage. The Israeli Army and Hezbollah, with the support of Iran and significant political influence in Lebanon, have been engaged in sporadic clashes since October 8. These clashes began a day after the Hamas attacks that resulted in numerous casualties and kidnappings according to Israeli authorities.
