Team USA Reveals U18 Men’s World Championship Roster

International Showdown: USA Hockey Readies for 2024 IIHF U18 Men’s World Championship in Finland

The 2024 IIHF U18 Men’s World Championship is set to begin tomorrow, April 25th, in Espoo and Vantaa, Finland. The tournament will feature 16 teams competing for the prestigious title. USA Hockey has announced the 22-player roster for the U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team that will be competing in this event. The teams will be split into two groups for the preliminary round, with Team USA competing in Group A alongside Finland, Latvia, Norway, and Slovakia.

All games in the preliminary round will be played at Metro Arena in Espoo. Group B will include Canada, Czechia, Kazakhstan, Sweden, and Switzerland, and their games will be held at Trio Arena in Vantaa. Each site will host two quarterfinal games leading up to the semifinals, bronze and gold medal games which will also be held in Espoo.

Team USA is gearing up for a tough battle against some of the best teams in the world. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how they will fare in this highly anticipated event. With countries from around the world competing for the coveted title, it promises to be an intense competition.
