Attendees had access to displays and workshops where they learned about these new approaches.

Wheat and wheat foods played a central role at this gathering as representatives from various organizations came together to promote their importance in our agricultural industry. By sharing their knowledge and expertise, they hoped to raise awareness about these crucial contributions.

One of the highlights of the celebration was a display of bread baked by Didier Rosada, a master baker with Uptown Bakers in Hyattsville, Maryland. His creations showcased how wheat is used not only for bread but also for a range of other baked goods.
