Collaborating with Evezari to Enhance Sleep Technology

Evezary and KAIST Unite to Combat Sleep Disorders: AI and Advanced Technology at the Forefront of Sleep Research

South Korean bedding manufacturer Evezary and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) have joined forces to combat sleep disorders such as insomnia and sleep apnea using advanced technology. Together, they are working towards establishing a sleep research center that utilizes AI to evaluate the quality of sleep. This initiative stems from research highlighting the critical role of sleep in removing harmful substances from the brain, with sleep disturbances potentially leading to brain-related illnesses.

The collaboration between KAIST and Evezary aims to tap into the rapidly growing sleep technology market by developing AI-powered monitoring tools for sleep and conducting studies on controlling sleep patterns. Evezary has demonstrated their commitment to this collaboration by investing one billion won ($747,384) in stocks for joint research projects, underscoring their dedication to improving sleep quality and addressing related health issues.

This partnership reflects a broader trend among South Korean companies to enhance sleep-related devices and technologies in response to the increasing awareness of the importance of quality sleep. By combining their expertise and resources, Evezary and KAIST are aiming to make significant strides in developing innovative solutions to address sleep disorders and improve overall sleep health.
