Detroit Tigers Lose Heartbreaking Pinch-Hit Double in Ninth Inning to Texas Rangers

The Detroit Tigers lost to the Texas Rangers 5-4 on Wednesday, despite a strong effort. In the ninth inning, Josh Smith delivered a clutch pinch-hit double that drove in the winning run after Ezequiel Duran singled and advanced to second on an error by first baseman Spencer Torkelson.
