Cricket World Cup 2022: ICC Reveals Comprehensive Security Plan Amid Terror Threats

In response to reports suggesting that Cricket West Indies received a terror threat from Northern Pakistan, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has stated that it has plans in place to mitigate any risk identified with the upcoming marquee event. The ICC stated, “We work closely with authorities in the host countries and cities, and continually monitor and evaluate the global landscape to ensure appropriate plans are in place to mitigate any risks identified to our event.”
