Chattanooga Shooting Leaves 27-Year-Old Victim in Critical Condition, Police Continue Investigation

On Friday morning, at around 10:00am, a shooting occurred on Eastgate Circle in Chattanooga. The victim, who is 27 years old, was entering a business when one or more suspects began shooting. As a result, the victim was quickly transported to the hospital for treatment. Currently, the victim’s condition is critical and life-threatening.

The Chattanooga Police Department’s Homicide Unit is actively investigating the shooting and has asked anyone with information to contact them at 423-698-2525. No arrests have been made in connection to the incident as of yet.

According to CPD, the shooting took place at the 900 block of Eastgate Circle. However, the victim’s current condition remains unknown as they are still hospitalized. This story is ongoing and more details are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
