Bucks Foundation Week: Embracing Community Impact with New Ways to Give and Support Health and Education

The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation is launching its annual Foundation Week on April 1, with CBS 58 as a sponsor. The purpose of the week is to support the Foundation’s work in health and wellness and youth education. During the week, fans will have the opportunity to contribute in new ways, such as through Mystery Boxes prepared by Kandu Industries, a nonprofit that employs adults with disabilities in Janesville.

Additionally, the Bucks Foundation has expanded its 50/50 raffle at home games to provide even more opportunities for fans to give back. The initiative includes a weeklong auction and a special broadcast auction during the game against the Washington Wizards on April 2.

Arvind Gopalratnam, Executive Director of the Bucks Foundation, discussed how the proceeds from the week will benefit these areas. He emphasized the Foundation’s focus on health and wellness and youth education, which underscores their commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

With the support of sponsors like CBS 58, the Bucks Foundation can continue its important work in supporting the health and education of the youth in Milwaukee. Additional details about how to participate in Foundation Week can be found by visiting their website.
