The Insurance Business America (IBA) recognized the country’s fastest-growing brokerages in 2024. These awards were given to brokerages that demonstrated significant growth despite challenging market conditions. The list highlighted firms that not only adapted to the changing environment but also managed to increase their revenues substantially.
The selection process for the 2024 Fast Brokerages awards began in January 2024 when IBA opened submissions. The aim was to identify brokerages that thrived during volatile periods. Brokerages were required to submit their total revenue figures for the 2022 and 2023 calendar years, along with other growth achievements. The research team reviewed these submissions to identify firms that showed exceptional growth, with a revenue increase of more than 15% to qualify for the awards.
Several brokerages that excelled in their business models and implemented innovative strategies led to outstanding revenue growth were among the winners. These awards not only reflected the resilience and innovative capabilities of the winning firms but also set a benchmark for success in the brokerage industry during unpredictable times.
