Aurora Employment Testing Owner Arrested for Sexual Assault of Multiple Victims
Aurora Police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, on March 15th for allegations of sexual assault. According to a report filed in October, a woman claimed that Duka sexually assaulted her at his drug screening business, Aurora Employment Testing. In February of the previous year, Duka had changed the name of his business from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing to Aurora Employment Testing.
During the investigation, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit discovered three reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. All women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact by Duka after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with two misdemeanors: unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. The case was filed in October around the same time the most recent victim reported being assaulted.
The police are urging any other possible victims to come forward and share their information with Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
