WhatsApp Beta Update Reveals New Feature to Manage Favorite Contacts on Android

WhatsApp is currently working on developing a new tab within the Settings section of the platform that will enable users to manage their favorite contacts from one central location on Android devices. The latest beta update for Android (2.24.9.19) has revealed that WhatsApp is now creating a dedicated tab in the WhatsApp Account settings where users can add, organize, and delete both individual contacts and favorite groups.

With this new feature, WhatsApp aims to provide users with more control over their contacts on the platform and simplify the process of locating them. The feature is still in development and will soon enter the testing phase.
