Free family event ‘Viva Science SA’ hosted by UT Health San Antonio at Witte Museum on Saturday

Unleashing the Wonders of Science: Viva Science SA at Witte Museum

On Saturday, UT Health San Antonio is hosting its annual “Viva Science SA” event at the Witte Museum. The event is free and open to the public, running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Viva Science SA aims to enlighten, engage, and excite the San Antonio community by showcasing science in an entertaining way.

The event will feature interactive and hands-on science booths with activities for all ages, as well as displays of science-themed artwork. Attendees can enjoy live entertainment, music, and food from popular food trucks. Viva Science SA was created to emphasize the importance of STEM programs and make science accessible to everyone.

This family-friendly event is part of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences’ mission to promote science education.
