SparkCognition Appoints Seasoned Professional Michael Langman as Vice President of Commercial Aerospace & Defense Sales and Business Development

Michael Langman, a seasoned professional with experience in the commercial aerospace & defense industry, has recently been appointed as the vice president of commercial aerospace & defense sales and business development at SparkCognition. Langman had previously held the position of VP of strategy, sales, and business development for SparkCognition’s government systems business. He made the announcement of his new role through a LinkedIn post on Friday.

Throughout his career, Langman has accumulated vast knowledge and experience in various roles within the industry. He began working as a corporate development/M&A executive at Rockwell Collins before moving on to become a managing director at The McLean Group. Later, he served as a senior director of corporate business development at Thales’ U.S. business arm prior to joining SparkCognition Government Systems, where he was later promoted to VP. Prior to that, he held the position of vice president at D-Fend Solutions.

Langman also has military experience, having served in the U.S. Army for five years before transitioning to the business sector. His diverse background and expertise make him an excellent addition to the SparkCognition team as he takes on his new role as vice president of commercial aerospace & defense sales and business development.

With his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, Langman is well-positioned to help drive growth and success for SparkCognition’s commercial aerospace & defense division.
