A shocking video was captured of a man without pants at a bustling intersection near a youth football field in Travis, Staten Island. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on a Thursday as kids were gathering for practice. The man, who was wearing only a black hoodie and glasses, appeared at the intersection of Travis Avenue and South Avenue.

Parents quickly ushered the man away from the field as he was not wearing any pants or underwear. It is unclear if he had approached the field before or after the scene captured in the video. The footage shows the man in the intersection, walking southbound on South Avenue and interacting with a black car in the turning lane.

The man then mounted the hood of the car, dragged his buttocks against the windshield, and sprawled out with his legs spread open. He appeared to be laughing as he slid off the hood of the vehicle. Emergency responders were called to the scene but it’s not known where he was taken.

The NYPD and FDNY did not have any information about emergency response at this time. This incident raises concerns about safety in public spaces, especially when children are present.
