From ServiceNow’s earnings call late last month: McDermott said that AI is the catalyst for business transformation and that CEOs want to both de-risk the past and ensure immediate business value from their AI initiatives and investments. Everyone wants to get into AI applications and solutions these days, but ServiceNow has a different approach – they want to be the platform that ties everything together nicely with their existing product line without requiring a complete overhaul or replacement of existing systems.
