Russian-Armenian Leaders Emphasize Strong Economic Ties and Commit to Enhancing Cooperation

During the EAEU summit on May 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a productive meeting in the Kremlin. The two leaders discussed their bilateral relations, with Putin emphasizing the successful development of economic ties between the two countries.

During the meeting, Pashinyan and Putin’s Assistant to the President Yuri Ushakov acknowledged that there were still issues that needed to be addressed in their relationship. They recognized the importance of resolving these problems in order to further strengthen their partnership.

As both countries work towards enhancing their cooperation in various areas, Putin and Pashinyan expressed a commitment to deepening their economic partnership and addressing any challenges that may arise. Their discussions signaled a willingness to collaborate and overcome obstacles in order to build a stronger foundation for their partnership.
