Brave, a private web browser created by Brendan Eich, has introduced a new feature called Answer with AI. This feature uses Artificial Intelligence Generative (AI) to provide real-time answers to user queries.
The Answer with AI button built into the search engine allows users to access instant answers with cited sources alongside traditional search results. This functionality aims to provide users with integrated solutions to their queries, covering various categories such as informative, specific, and question-type searches. The AI-powered search engine can handle 10 billion queries per year and combines index data with local geographic results to offer information on points of interest.
Brave has made this new feature available for free through search.brave.com, supporting queries in multiple languages. By setting Brave Search as the default search engine, users can simply start a search in the browser’s address bar and click on the Answer with AI button to access real-time answers. This new capability represents a significant advancement in the tool’s capabilities and aims to enhance the overall user experience.
