Revitalizing Greece: Ellinikon City Project Kicks Off with Construction of Marina Tower and Surrounding Houses

The construction site for the Ellinikon City project in Greece is now seeing increased activity, as development work begins on the Marina Tower and adjacent houses. This massive project, located near Athens on the site of the old airport, aims to revitalize the area by building apartments, green spaces, and sustainable energy sources.

Spanning over 2,500 hectares, Ellinikon is a super-large-scale project that promises to bring significant economic benefits to Greece. It is expected to increase the national GDP by 2.5% and create 80,000 new jobs when completed in 2037. In addition to its economic impact, Ellinikon is also projected to generate $10.7 billion in tax revenue and attract approximately one million visitors annually.
