New Vice President Brings Expertise and Vision to ClearPoint Health’s Stop Loss Center of Excellence

Juli Frink has recently joined ClearPoint Health as the vice president of their Stop Loss Center of Excellence. In a statement on LinkedIn, she expressed her excitement for this new opportunity to work with the talented team at ClearPoint Health and contribute to their strategic growth goals and the expansion of self-funding opportunities in the market. Frink highlighted the importance of captive insurance skills in her new role.

Prior to joining ClearPoint Health, Juli Frink served as the director of commercial market product strategy at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from July 2019 to February 2024 in Jacksonville, Florida. During her time at Florida Blue from February 2007 to July 2019, she held the position of senior program manager for stop loss and reinsurance. In this role, Frink provided leadership in developing, launching, and operating profitable stop loss and reinsurance administration through a partnership model. She also played a key role in developing and implementing growth and retention strategies with measurable impact.

Frink’s experience in stop loss and reinsurance administration is highly valuable to ClearPoint Health as they look to expand their self-funding offerings. As part of the executive leadership team at ClearPoint Health, Frink will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives that align with the company’s overall mission and vision. Her expertise in captive insurance will be critical in helping ClearPoint Health navigate the complexities of self-funding arrangements and provide innovative solutions that meet the needs of their clients.
