New Mental Health Clinic in Mount Pleasant Offers Comprehensive Services for Depression, Anxiety and Other Disorders

Turnwell Mental Health, a leading provider of mental health services, has recently opened a new location in Mount Pleasant, serving the tri-county area. The clinic, which is led by two board-certified psychiatrists, specializes in treating depression, anxiety, OCD and other mental health disorders. Located at 600 Seacoast Parkway, Suite 200, Turnwell Mental Health offers comprehensive services including general psychiatry, medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato – an FDA-approved nasal spray for depression.

Dr. Ashley Collins of Turnwell Mental Health South Carolina expressed her excitement about bringing their services to Charleston and creating a welcoming space for individuals to thrive. The clinic’s clinical team is dedicated to providing top-notch care for patients of all ages and will be joined by a therapist in the summer to further enhance the range of services offered.

To celebrate the new location, Turnwell Mental Health will host a community open house event on July 16th to introduce their services to the Charleston community and the broader Lowcountry area. Dr. Brandon Lilly emphasized the clinic’s commitment to holistic care for patients – designed to improve mental health and overall well-being. The clinic is currently accepting new patients for both in-person and telehealth visits with immediate appointment availability.
