On Monday, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Wiggins for the new Coastal Family Health Center and Pharmacy site. The $1.8 million project has been in development for over six years in Stone County. Coastal Family Health Center CEO Angel Greer stated that the project was initiated to address the needs of over 500 Stone County residents. Greer announced that the clinic aims to see its first Wiggins patient by mid-September, whether they walk in or utilize the drive-through pharmacy services.
