Nationwide employee Dustin Richardson is committed to his health and well-being. He follows a strict routine of working out at the gym five days a week, practicing meditation, and meeting with a counselor regularly to focus on his mental health. Nationwide’s wellness programs have been recognized and awarded for their effectiveness and impact on employees. The company recently earned several accolades, including the Business Group on Health’s Best Employer Award, Mental Health America’s Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health Platinum Award, and the Healthy Business Council of Ohio’s Healthy Worksite Award for five years in a row.
