Maintaining a Healthy Diet during Passover: Smart Eating and Hydration Guidelines

During Passover, it’s important to make healthy eating choices. A glass of dry wine contains about 120 calories, while a glass of sweet wine contains about 162 calories, and a glass of grape juice contains about 160 calories. To maintain a healthy diet, it is recommended to avoid overindulgence and stick to nutritional recommendations.
