Local Burglar Pleads Guilty to Striking Nine Businesses in Northstowe, Cambridge
A 36-year-old man from Stirling Road in Northstowe, Cambridge has pleaded guilty to burgling eight businesses. The break-ins occurred during March and included takeaways and stores. Police reported the incidents and Robert Rust was remanded in custody for sentencing at Cambridge Crown Court on 6 May. In addition to his own plea, another man received an 18-month suspended sentence in relation to two of the break-ins.
