LinkedIn is preparing AI-enhanced enhancements for premium business accounts

LinkedIn Goes AI-Powered to Boost SMB Businesses with New Premium Company Page Subscription

Microsoft-owned LinkedIn is set to introduce new AI-powered upgrades for its paid small and medium-sized business accounts in a bid to drive revenue and increase engagement. The platform is launching a new LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription, priced at around $99 per month, which will include generative AI to help account holders create new content to engage audiences.

In addition to the premium membership, LinkedIn has also introduced a new support page for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This SMB tier includes AI-powered post writing assistance to optimize content and enhance drafts, as well as a call-to-action button displayed at the top of the Page, customer testimonials, and tools to engage with audiences. The LinkedIn Premium Company Page will also feature a logo displayed on the company page.

According to a LinkedIn spokesperson, the new offering, called Premium Company Page, is designed to help small-to-medium business customers attract customers, build credibility, and stand out to their audience. With frequent AI enhancements thanks to Microsoft’s investment in OpenAI, LinkedIn aims to differentiate itself from other social media platforms and compete with platforms like X that are transitioning to offer recruitment tools.

Overall, these new AI-powered upgrades are part of LinkedIn’s ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience and help businesses achieve their goals in the ever-evolving landscape of social media platforms.
