Jelena Bosniak Resigns from Varteks Management Board Amidst Salary Struggles

Jelena Bosniak, the head of Varteks Management Board who has been in the position since October 1, believes that there is hope for a better tomorrow. However, after two months of facing the salary issue, she has decided to step down from her position.

Bosniak mentioned that the non-payment of wages should be resolved with fresh funds, followed by investments in the development of the brand and equipment. Plans to close some retail stores and focus more on online sales were also discussed. However, within 24 hours, Bosniak confirmed her resignation and expressed confidence in the young and promising individuals who will take over.

The employees are determined not to give up the strike until their salaries are paid. Bosniak cited personal and professional obligations as the reasons for her resignation and expressed her belief that the company will succeed under new leadership. The situation at Varteks remains uncertain as the Supervisory Board searches for a replacement for Bosniak.
