Honor’s Porsche Design Honor Magic6 RSR: A Luxurious Marvel that Surpasses Expectations

Honor is thrilled to unveil its latest smartphone, the Porsche Design Honor Magic6 RSR, developed in collaboration with Porsche Design. The company has also introduced the Honor Magic6 Ultimate, a device inspired by luxury motorsport. This launch follows their successful first collaboration on the Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR, a foldable smartphone.

Honor’s CEO, George Zhao, expressed his pride in this new product. “The Porsche Design Honor Magic6 RSR is a technological icon that embodies the essence of Porsche DNA and surpasses expectations,” he said. The phone features structural elements inspired by Porsche design, such as a hexagonal shape and a titanium body, a material commonly used in sports cars.

The camera system of the Honor Magic6 RSR includes a Super Dynamic Honor Falcon Camera H9800 sensor that offers enhanced contrasts with up to 15EV dynamic range, six times greater than the previous generation. This allows users to capture high-quality photos and videos in challenging lighting conditions with improved clarity. The phone’s display uses scratch-resistant NanoCrystal Shield technology made of silicone nitrite, commonly found in automotive and aerospace industries.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor powers the Porsche Design Honor Magic6 RSR, while it has a capacity of 5600mAh from the Honor Silicon Carbon 2.0 battery. In contrast, the Honor Magic6 Ultimate is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform and advanced sensors for autofocus and HDR photography that offer clear and crisp photos in various scenarios. Both devices draw inspiration from luxury car interiors in their design.
