Eating new and unfamiliar foods can also result in allergies.

To prevent gastrointestinal issues when traveling, it is important for travelers to choose restaurants that prioritize food hygiene and safety. Additionally, not drinking enough water can lead to dehydration, especially while traveling in hot weather or consuming alcoholic beverages. Dehydration can cause digestive issues such as constipation, bloating, and indigestion.
