The summit seeks to create a global agenda for urgent action to address challenges associated with extreme poverty.

Global Citizen CEO Hugh Evans emphasized the importance of advancing ideas to end extreme poverty, stating that the world is facing critical issues that require immediate attention. Actors like Hugh Jackman, Danai Gurira, and Dakota Johnson, as well as representatives from companies like Cisco, Citi, Delta, and PayPal, will be participating in the event.
