From CHIP to University of Utah Health Plans: A Comprehensive Guide for Families in Need

Families in need of CHIP coverage can apply at any time through MyCase or by calling 1-877-543-7669. If you are currently enrolled in CHIP and require assistance or have questions about changing your plan, you can contact a Health Program Representative at 866-608-9422. Open enrollment, during which you can modify your existing plan, takes place from May 15 to June 15.
